HITS Krew
What’s it all about?
HITS KREW is a membership scheme for the young people, staff, board members, volunteers and supporters of HITS.
Our supporters, partners and funders are invited to be KREWMATES.
KREW came out of the work done on the Young Peoples Development Programme.
It gives us the opportunity to think about what HITS does for us, all of us and to remind ourselves of the trust between us.
Membership will entitle you to lots of exciting free stuff and the knowledge that you are part of one of the most exciting charities in Halton.
HITS Krew Bond
Our bond gives us a sense of belonging, together as HITS Krew members we can work as a team and be treated as a person in our own right.
Hope and Opportunity
Group activities and fun projects will help us achieve and develop our strengths working together with every one putting in effort and supporting each other, we can keep each other safe and secure.
Inclusion and Encouragement
Being welcomed and respected, treating each other as friends will build confidence and self belief.
Using team work, discussing plans we are all involved in, and making decisions we will encourage each other to make the best of our abilities.
Time to be heard
Getting to know each other, learning to trust, taking each other seriously, speaking and listening to each other, not interrupting and giving people space and remembering confidentiality will allow us all to grow and expand our personal development.
Success, Pride and Achievement
With Krew co-operation, taking into account each others views and experiences, working in partnership with parents/carers, volunteers and supporters we can all make positive changes in our lives and be PROUD!
How Do I Become A Member of The HITS KREW?
We are still developing our KREW and KREWMATE schemes, but this is where things stand just now.
Young People
If you are a young person receiving services from HITS you will automatically become KREW members and will get some free stuff and will be able to buy T-shirts for just £2!
Staff and Volunteers and Board Members
Staff and volunteers and Board members will rship and will automatically become KREW members but will have to pay £5 (still a bargain!) for their T-shirts.
How Do I Become A KREWMATE?
Whether corporate or individual, our funders, partners and supporters will all be invited to become KREWMATES.. There will be free stuff (newsletters, the Annual Report) and T-shirts at £10 each (still excellent value).
