C-Card is a distribution scheme for free condoms to 13 - 19 yrs olds
C-Card is a Halton-wide project designed to improve the access to contraception services and sexual health advice for young people in the area.
After signing up to the scheme, young people can use their C-Card to get free condoms, lubricant and safer-sex advice and support from any participating organisation in the Borough.
How can my organisation get involved?
We're always looking for new distributors and assessors, so if you think your organisation would be a good point for young people to access condoms and sexual heath signposting please do get in touch (email)

All necessary training is provided free of charge, and it's a great way to meet other professionals and help provide an essential service to young people in Halton.
